Recognition across business litigation, employment and general litigation

NEW ORLEANS – Five lawyers at Sternberg, Naccari & White, LLC have been selected to the 2027 Louisiana Super Lawyers and Rising Stars lists. Suzy Montero, Scott Sternberg and Graham Williams were selected to Louisiana Super Lawyers in Business Litigation, and Chelsea Brener Cusimano and Haley Jupiter were selected to Louisiana Rising Stars. Across their careers, the five have earned a combined 30 Super Lawyers and Rising Stars selections.
“Super Lawyers starts with nominations from other lawyers, so this is recognition from the people who know the work best,” said SNW Managing Partner Scott Sternberg. “Seeing five of our colleagues recognized across business litigation, employment and general litigation says a lot about the depth of this team. Our clients bring us problems that don’t have easy answers, and that depth is what they’re counting on.”
2027 Louisiana Super Lawyers
M. Suzanne “Suzy” Montero | Business Litigation
This is Suzy’s fifth selection to Super Lawyers. She handles complex business and personal injury litigation for companies and individuals across Louisiana, and she approaches every matter as if it is headed to trial.
Scott L. Sternberg | Business Litigation
Scott earns his seventh Super Lawyers selection, following seven years on the Rising Stars list. Alongside his business litigation work, Scott maintains a long-standing First Amendment and media practice, representing media organizations and individuals across Louisiana.
Graham Williams | Business Litigation
Graham earns his second Super Lawyers selection after two years on the Rising Stars list. He joined SNW in 2020, became a partner in 2023 and focuses on complex commercial disputes, real estate and partnership disputes, and director and officer issues. He also advises short-term rental owners and operators on compliance and land use. In 2023, the Louisiana State Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division named him one of its Top 40 Young Lawyers.
2027 Louisiana Rising Stars
Chelsea Brener Cusimano | Employment & Labor
Chelsea earns her fourth Rising Stars selection. A partner who joined SNW in 2023, she represents businesses and individuals across the employment spectrum, from compliance and discrimination matters to wage-and-hour collective actions under the Fair Labor Standards Act. She is a fourth-generation New Orleans lawyer, holds an LL.M. from George Washington University and is licensed in Louisiana and Georgia.
Haley A. Jupiter | General Litigation
Haley earns her third Rising Stars selection. She clerked at SNW while at Loyola Law School, where she was recognized for her trial advocacy, and later returned to the firm as an attorney. She practices general litigation.
