Keith Naccari is co-Managing Partner at Sternberg, Naccari & White, LLC, a firm he founded with Scott Sternberg and Clayton White in 2017. At SNW, Keith leads the firm’s business operations, and its corporate and transactions group. His primary practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, tax law, and business counsel.


Keith earned his B.B.A. while playing varsity football at Millsaps College In Jackson, Mississippi. He then returned to his hometown of New Orleans to begin a business career, working with several businesses before and while earning his M.B.A. and J.D. magna cum laude from Loyola University New Orleans. At Loyola, he was named a member of Loyola Law Review and a William S. Crowe Scholar.


Keith founded Sternberg, Naccari & White, LLC while finishing his L.L.M. in Taxation from New York University's Law School.


An active member of several local organizations, Keith serves on the board of the Entrepreneurs Organization Louisiana Chapter and New Orleans Chamber of Commerce. Keith is an active member of the the Association for Corporate Growth, the Louisiana State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Keith has also served as an adjunct professor at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and lectured at other law schools.


In August 2023, Keith was named to the regular faculty at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law as a professor of practice, teaching tax and corporate transactions, while maintaining his practice at Sternberg, Naccari & White LLC.


Keith  has  received  professional  recognition as a SuperLawyer "Rising Star" from 2020-2023, and a "Top Lawyer" by  New  Orleans  Magazine and Louisiana Life Magazine in business, corporate, and tax. He has been named either a finalist for the Outstanding Young Lawyer Award or "40 under 40" by the Louisiana State Bar Association (in 2023), the NACVA (in 2020), and In 2023 was recognized by the American Bar Association as one of Its "On the Rise, Top 40 Young Attorneys." Keith has also been recognized as a Junior Achievement Rising  Star and, In 2019, as "One to Watch" by New Orleans CityBusiness. CityBusiness also recognized Keith as both a "Money Maker" and as a member of its "Leadership in Law" Class in 2023.


Keith is also a devoted husband, and father; he enjoys spending his free time with his jovial extended family.
