BATON ROUGE, LA — The New Orleans law firm of Sternberg, Naccari & White, LLC has expanded to Baton Rouge and added David LaCerte as a Partner. LaCerte will lead the Firm’s Baton Rouge operations.
LaCerte prides himself on being a problem solver for businesses and individuals. He is a graduate of Nicholls State University and Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center. LaCerte previously practiced with the LaCerte Law Group, which has merged with Sternberg, Naccari & White. His practice generally involves business representation, general counsel to family held businesses and some personal injury work.
LaCerte is a former Secretary of Veterans Affairs for the State of Louisiana and a United States Marine, having led more than 100 combat patrols in the invasion and occupation of Afghanistan. He is active in the Baton Rouge community, where he lives with his wife and two daughters. David is licensed to practice in all Louisiana state courts and the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims in Washington, D.C.
