Natalie Mitchell is a veteran attorney and consultant who grew up on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and came to New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. She fell in love with the City and now spends her time focused on reinvigorating the community. She represents individuals and business owners who need her careful guidance and counsel.
Natalie graduated from Louisiana State University and Tulane University School of Law. After graduation, her practice focused largely on BP Oil Spill Claims, personal injury and complex legal research for some of New Orleans’ most respected attorneys. She was a researcher for the New Orleans Business Council, and managed the Forward New Orleans Coalition, an organization that aims to hold New Orleans city government accountable.
Natalie has extensive experience with local and state government. She spent two years as Director of Special Projects for former New Orleans City Council President Jacquelyn Brechtel Clarkson, focusing on finance, budgeting, intergovernmental relations and zoning. She has worked for Presidential campaigns and a myriad of state and local political organizations and candidates across the United States and brings a wealth of experience in politics to the Firm.
Natalie is Vice Chairwoman of the Board of the Friends of Lafitte Greenway.
Natalie focuses her practice in representing individuals and small businesses who have had their rights violated or contracts breached. With her extensive government experience, she also handles Zoning and Land Use matters in the City of New Orleans and surrounding areas.
