Carl Little is a native New Orleanian who has practiced law for more than two decades. His specialization in commercial and residential real estate allows him to support clients in real estate planning, development, condominium law, tax sale & property adjudication. Furthermore, Carl’s experience in estate planning, successions, probate, general business litigation, business general counsel and transactional work allows him to give full-circle care and insight to matters of his clients.
Mr. Little serves as general counsel to a number of family and closely held businesses. He prides himself on his 24-hour availability to his clients. Carl has extensive experience with condominium owners from inception to sale, including continued representation of the association. In addition to his vast real estate experience, Carl has represented corporate entities as their business outside counsel. He also enjoys business planning and assisting closely held businesses and trusts in the reorganization of their corporate structure.
Prior to joining Sternberg, Naccari & White, Carl maintained a solo practice and was associated with a prominent local firm.
Carl is active in his community and serves on a number of boards and commissions to further his civic endeavors. In the past, he has served on the advisory board for the New Orleans Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance and served as an instructor for the Louisiana Real Estate Commission and an advisor to real estate brokerages in the state.
With a keen interest in historic buildings, Carl’s interest extends to renovations where the historical integrity of the original builder is preserved. This interest in history can be found in his regular real estate law practice.
Carl earned a Political Economy degree from Tulane University and continued on to Loyola University of New Orleans School of Law, where he graduated with honors. Carl enjoys playing tennis at courts around town, biking and socializing with his group of entrepreneurial friends.
